  1. It's 2 1/2 cup of Flour.
  2. It's 1 packages of Yeast.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of Olive oil.
  4. You need 1 tsp of Sugar.
  5. You need 1/2 of Onion.
  6. Prepare 4 clove of Garlic.
  7. You need 3 tbsp of Olive oil.
  8. You need 1 cup of Milk.
  9. Prepare 1/2 cup of Ricotta.
  10. You need 1 tsp of Parsley.
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of Oregano.
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Black pepper.
  13. It's 1 cup of Water.

The basic pizza dough and sauce ready and waiting for your favorite toppings! Didn't make the dough (used "Ricardo's Pizza Crust" recipe) as we didn't have any flat beer - tbh we never have any left over beer in!   1. Put 1 cup of water in bowl and mix in yeast sugar and 2 tbl oil.
  2. Blend flour in until you form a ball.
  3. Let dough sit as you start the white sauce.
  4. Chop the onion and garlic small and sauté them in a pan with the rest of your oil.
  5. When veggies are soft, mix in your milk and ricotta.
  6. Add the parsley, black pepper and oregano.
  7. As you let the sauce cool, roll the dough out until you're comfortable with it.
  8. Roll dough out onto a pizza pan evenly.
  9. Roll up the crust to your preferred thickness and preheat the oven to 425.
  10. When the oven is heated up, cook the crust for 5 min..
  11. When crust is done, spread white sauce in it evenly and top with your choice of toppings.
  12. Cook for another 20-30 min and let cool.
  13. Serve and enjoy!.

Glad I did b/c we still ate it all! It had a nice, garlicky flavor and was really tasty. He likes his pizza saucy and flavorful and that particular pie just didn't cut it. Moral of the story: there's no weak sauce allowed in our household.
