  16. When the pizza dough becomes double in size, take out from mixing bowl to a work surface and punch 2-3 times. This will help to incorporate air to the dough..
  17. Knead again for few minutes by stretching and folding method..
  18. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts..
  19. Take one part and roll to make a round pizza. Try to make the sheet little thin like our regular roti..
  20. Place the sheet over the round baking sheet which we placed in steamer..
  21. Apply prepared pizza sauce over the round sheet..

  24. Place the pizza with baking sheet on the steamer pot and steam for 20 minutes..
