Ingredients of Samosa+pizza=Samoizza
- You need of all purpose flour.
- You need of active dry yeast.
- You need of sugar.
- It's of garlic (chopped into thin slices).
- It's of Dry herbs.
- It's of olive oil.
- It's of Salt as required.
- It's of hot water.
- You need of chicken.
- Prepare of red chilli paste.
- Prepare of kasuri methi.
- You need of medium sized potatoes.
- You need of small onion (chopped/sliced).
- It's of black cumin (kalonji).
- You need of + 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- You need of green chilli (chopped).
- Prepare of garlic (chopped).
- It's of + 1/2 tsp cumin powder.
- Prepare of + 1/4 tsp coriander powder.
- Prepare of + 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
- Prepare of medium sized carrot (sliced into thin strips).
- Prepare of medium sized green pepper (capsicum) (sliced).
- Prepare of tomato sauce.
- Prepare of shredded pizza cheese.
- You need of thyme, oregano and pepper powder mix.

- It's of egg (beaten).
- Prepare of + 1 + 2 tbsp of oil.
For the samosa, lay flat on a work surface then fold the bottom left hand corner up in to a diagonal so that you have a point of a triangle on the left hand side. - To active yeast, take a small bowl, add 1 tsp of active dry yeast and hot water and keep stirring till all the lumps get cleared and keep it aside for 5 mins..
- Take a clean bowl, put in all purpose flour, 1 tbsp olive oil, required salt, sugar, chopped garlic (thin slices), dry herbs, activated yeast and water (required) and knead it into a soft dough.. brush some olive oil, cover the bowl with wet cloth/towel and Keep it aside for at least 4 hours till it's quantity increased x3...
- Marinate chicken pieces with salt, red chilli paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, dry fenugreek leaves and ginger garlic paste..mix it well and keep it in freezer for 2 hours.
- Boil potatoes with salt till 4 whistles in a cooker, peel it off.. mash it well and keep aside..
- Keep a pan on stove, put 2 tbsp of oil. Add black cumin and fry a little.. put in chopped garlic and green chilli and fry again for 1 min...
- Then add chopped onion in it.. fry for a while, add some salt, mix it well and close the lid.. cook it till it's tender...
- Then add cumin powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and fry for 3 - 5 mins..
- Add in mashed potatoes and mix it well.. check seasoning and cook it for 3 mins on medium heat.. Take it away from stove and keep it aside..
- Keep marinated chicken in pre-heated oven at 250°C for 20-25mins. Once done, take it out, shred in into pieces and keep aside.
- Take the resting dough. Knead it well again.. divide it into three portions..
- Take one portion and roll it into a round shape (roti)...
- Cut in into 2 halves.. on 1/4th part of the roti, spread the mashed potato mixture leaving 1 cm of side. Brush that 1 cm with beaten egg and cover the mixture with another 1/4th portion of the roti and seal the sides by pressing it with fork..
- Follow the same procedure with the remaining dough and roti. At the end you will have six (6) samosas...
- Brush some butter on a tray and arrange the samosas covering the whole surface. Brush little more butter on samosas..
- Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 15-20 mins..
- Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry sliced green pepper with a pinch of salt for 1 min. Take it away in a separate bowl and keep it aside..
- In the same pan and oil fry sliced carrot with a pinch of salt for 90 seconds and keep it aside..
- When samosas are done, take it away from oven. Pre-heat oven at 250°C..
- Spread tomato sauce on samosas, put a layer of shredded chicken, fried green pepper, fried carrot, sprinkle mixed spices and put a layer of pizza cheese..
- Bake it till cheese melts. Serve hot!!.
