Ingredients of Samosa+pizza=Samoizza

  1. You need of all purpose flour.
  2. You need of active dry yeast.
  3. You need of sugar.
  4. It's of garlic (chopped into thin slices).
  5. It's of Dry herbs.
  6. It's of olive oil.
  7. It's of Salt as required.
  8. It's of hot water.
  9. You need of chicken.
  10. Prepare of red chilli paste.
  11. Prepare of kasuri methi.
  12. You need of medium sized potatoes.
  13. You need of small onion (chopped/sliced).
  14. It's of black cumin (kalonji).
  15. You need of + 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  16. You need of green chilli (chopped).

  19. Prepare of + 1/4 tsp coriander powder.
  20. Prepare of + 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
  21. Prepare of medium sized carrot (sliced into thin strips).
  22. Prepare of medium sized green pepper (capsicum) (sliced).
  23. Prepare of tomato sauce.
  24. Prepare of shredded pizza cheese.
  25. You need of thyme, oregano and pepper powder mix.
  26. It's of butter.
  27. It's of egg (beaten).
  28. Prepare of + 1 + 2 tbsp of oil.

For the samosa, lay flat on a work surface then fold the bottom left hand corner up in to a diagonal so that you have a point of a triangle on the left hand side.   1. To active yeast, take a small bowl, add 1 tsp of active dry yeast and hot water and keep stirring till all the lumps get cleared and keep it aside for 5 mins..
  2. Take a clean bowl, put in all purpose flour, 1 tbsp olive oil, required salt, sugar, chopped garlic (thin slices), dry herbs, activated yeast and water (required) and knead it into a soft dough.. brush some olive oil, cover the bowl with wet cloth/towel and Keep it aside for at least 4 hours till it's quantity increased x3...
  3. Marinate chicken pieces with salt, red chilli paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, dry fenugreek leaves and ginger garlic paste..mix it well and keep it in freezer for 2 hours.
  4. Boil potatoes with salt till 4 whistles in a cooker, peel it off.. mash it well and keep aside..
  5. Keep a pan on stove, put 2 tbsp of oil. Add black cumin and fry a little.. put in chopped garlic and green chilli and fry again for 1 min...
  6. Then add chopped onion in it.. fry for a while, add some salt, mix it well and close the lid.. cook it till it's tender...
  7. Then add cumin powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and fry for 3 - 5 mins..
  8. Add in mashed potatoes and mix it well.. check seasoning and cook it for 3 mins on medium heat.. Take it away from stove and keep it aside..
  9. Keep marinated chicken in pre-heated oven at 250°C for 20-25mins. Once done, take it out, shred in into pieces and keep aside.
  10. Take the resting dough. Knead it well again.. divide it into three portions..
  11. Take one portion and roll it into a round shape (roti)...
  12. Cut in into 2 halves.. on 1/4th part of the roti, spread the mashed potato mixture leaving 1 cm of side. Brush that 1 cm with beaten egg and cover the mixture with another 1/4th portion of the roti and seal the sides by pressing it with fork..
  13. Follow the same procedure with the remaining dough and roti. At the end you will have six (6) samosas...
  14. Brush some butter on a tray and arrange the samosas covering the whole surface. Brush little more butter on samosas..
  15. Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 15-20 mins..
  16. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry sliced green pepper with a pinch of salt for 1 min. Take it away in a separate bowl and keep it aside..
  17. In the same pan and oil fry sliced carrot with a pinch of salt for 90 seconds and keep it aside..
  18. When samosas are done, take it away from oven. Pre-heat oven at 250°C..
  19. Spread tomato sauce on samosas, put a layer of shredded chicken, fried green pepper, fried carrot, sprinkle mixed spices and put a layer of pizza cheese..
  20. Bake it till cheese melts. Serve hot!!.
