  1. Take all the ingredients for the dough in a big bowl... and mix with your hand... then use lukewarm water (the water should not be too hot nor too cold.... dip in finger to taste) to make a soft dough.... rub oil and cover the bowl with a cling wrap and keep in a warm place for 1 hour to rest..

Filling: heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions to it... fry till golden and then add the keema to it... stir fry for 2 mins then add salt, ginger garlic paste and chilli powder and a little water and mix... then cover the lid and cook for 15 mins... open lid and cook till the keema is dry... add tomato pulp (when u dice the tomatoes for topping, remove the seed part and pulp and use this) pepper and chopped coriander and mix and keep aside..
  3. After one hour when u see the dough, u wl find that the dough has risen. Punch and knead the dough once again... make 7 balls from it and take 1 portion of the dough ball on the counter top... and cover the rest. Sprinkle some dry flour on the counter top and press the ball with your finger to make pizza... then roll out a 6.5 inch round pizza.. use a fork to make holes on the dough so that while baking the pizza does not puff..
  4. Spread pizza sauce, and spread tbsp of keema onto it... then top up with veggies and add cheese...sprinkle some oregano and grease the tray properly and then place the pizza on it..
  5. Meanwhile prepare the kadhai for baking: spread 1 cup salt into the kadhai.. place a stand on it... cover the kadhai properly and heat on high flame for 10 mins..
  6. Once the kadhai is hot, place the pizza tray onto the stand and cover lid, cook for 10 mins on high flame...take out the pizza and cut into 4 equal parts and pizza is ready to serve....
  7. Note: when the salt cools off after baking u can store this salt in a jar for next baking... so no need to throw this away..
